You must be at least 18 years old to use MOOGRAND.
You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information.

3. Investments & Earnings

Investments may require verification and activation.
Earnings are calculated over a 200-day trading cycle, depending on the selected plan.
Daily income may vary due to market conditions, liquidity, and system controls.

4. Risk Disclosure

5. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential.
All activities performed through your account are considered authorized by you.

6. Withdrawals & Transactions

Withdrawal requests are processed according to internal security and verification policies.
Processing times may vary due to fraud prevention checks and system workload.
MOOGRAND may delay or reject suspicious transactions to protect users and the platform.

7. Prohibited Activities

Fraud, identity impersonation, or creation of multiple abusive accounts.
Attempting to hack, disrupt, or manipulate system features (including referrals and AI trading).
Using the platform for illegal purposes (money laundering, scams, etc.).

8. Suspension / Termination

MOOGRAND reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, threaten security, or engage in fraudulent behavior. Termination may be immediate and without prior notice when necessary.

MOOGRAND is not liable for market-related losses, user decisions, interruptions due to maintenance, or third-party service failures. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
